    From Dental Drama to Creative Breakthrough: New Music Drops

    Recent gig ended and another has been presented. That’s the thing about the music business, it can be feast or famine and not enough of the right amount.

    I’m used to it, but sometimes it would be nice to be on a long trajectory of the right amount.

    One thing that I can say is that last night was a nice little breakthrough. After visiting the dentist earlier in the day and having a piece of a filling fall out when they got aggressive, I had a bit of a breakthrough – non tooth related.

    Now it’s a mad dash to see how long it will take me to get this breakthrough done. I’m hoping some time tomorrow.

    In the meantime it’s another week of another version of Do You Want to Play being released. For those who are fans of the Osceola Magic, there is now a version of Do You Want to Play, just for you.

    I’m excited to get this ready. Are you?

    Musical Chairs

    Another week another release. This time it’s the version of Do You Want to Play for the New Orleans Pelicans. Hopefully they’re not getting hit too hard with the storm blowing through the Midwest of the U.S.

    Crazy week of things. Quite a few things are about to take shape behind the scenes for the dot com. One of the biggest involves a credit card sized computer, or rather computers. No, it isn’t going to be an AI thing.

    While not quite ready to out exactly what is going on, I can say it should lead to an improvement. In a way it’s a switch to a new chair in the circle of my music. Everything has been circling around and around and it’s about to sit down to see what gets excluded, or possibly included going forward.

    Musically speaking, I did do a little ditty for a possible commercial along with all this that is being released every week. Awaiting with bated breath to hear if it gets chosen. Despite being biased, I think I nailed the brief and what was asked for. Though nailing it doesn’t always lead to getting the gig.

    Beyond music, I’ve stepped into another higher level in something sporty. For those who follow me on social media, you might notice what that sport is. Let’s just say, I’m working on taking it pro.

    Next week should see me starting to knock out some more 360RA mixes for some music that will be released later this year. If you haven’t had a chance to experience it, it’s very similar to Dolby Atmos and I’m that much of a music nerd that I want to release as much of the music I have in both immersive formats.

    Pardon my dust while I work on getting next week’s release out the door, cause this week’s is out!

    If you’re a Baltimore Ravens fan, then there is a good chance you’re aware of a little ditty I penned. Earlier today I wrote how I’ve never visited your fair city or state, but that doesn’t mean I love you any less. Especially when you’re snatching up that ditty for your favorite team.     As it turns out, I’d love to walk out on to the field and lend my coin flipping abilities to determine the kickoff. I’d even give a command performance of the song Do You Want To Play for half time too for the same game. It would be a great opportunity to see the Ravens lay down some pigskin law and visit one of the places in the U.S. that I’ve yet to see. If you’re part of the Baltimore Ravens marketing offices, let’s chat and make this a reality. I do believe you’ll gain bonus points from your fans and of course it’ll make fun news bringing in a musician who isn’t any good at football. What do ya say?
